Dieting Made Simple

Most diet plans fail for one reason: we try too hard and
give up.

My method takes just a tiny, tiny, bit of discipline.

It takes about fifteen calories per pound of your body weight to maintain your current weight. For example if you weight 150 pounds:
150 pounds times 15 calories = 2,250 calories would be your current daily calorie intake.

Let’s assume you want to loose ten pounds.

Reducing your calorie  intake by 15 calories x 10 pounds =
150 calories per day you will loose the ten pounds in 10-20 weeks. Remember, if it comes off fast, it goes back on fast.
You need to take a long time to loose it as you need to convert the diet discipline  into a habit.

Now 150 calories is not a lot -  a small desert or treat or that extra serving. Pick something that you do not mind eliminating. Make sure you do not replace it with another item except the likes of water.

If you want to loose faster: Do not do it. Reducing your calorie intake more that about five percent is too difficult. Go slow win.
